Multiple X Monitors

I've got Multiple X monitors setup (one my LCD< the other my TV) per the instructions at:

I can't post URL's yet so putting a line break:

nvidia.cust
help.com/cgi-bin/nvidia.cfg/php/enduser/popup_adp.php?p_sid=suzg3JLh&p_lva=&p_li=&p_faqid=176&p_created=1101836843&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0 X2J5PSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9NTcmcF9wcm9kcz0mcF9jYXRzPSZwX3B2PSZwX2N2PSZwX3NlYXJjaF90eXBlPWFu c3dlcnMuc2VhcmNoX2ZubCZwX3BhZ2U9MSZwX3NlYXJjaF90ZXh0PUxpbnV4

but how do I get from one monitor to the other to run programs?

Take a look at this page.
It's meant for Debian, but it'll probably work for other distro's as well.

The most important is the Xinerama option, this makes the desktop cover both screens at once.

I noticed hte problem. In my xorg.conf file, I had Screen 1 right of Screen 1, instead of Screen 1 right of Screen 0.

That would do it. Thanks for hte help.
