Multiple CUPS problems (trimming pages, wrong pagesize)

First of all, Cups seems to trim off the top of my pages, by about 2 cm (0.8"). I personally think it has to do with CUPS printing the page in Letter format, even though the pagesize is set to A4.

My seccond problem is when I try to print a page from Firefox with the page size set to A4, nothing comes out of the printer, when set to Letter, Firefox will pirnt again...

Does anyone has a solution to any of the problems above?
