Multichannel and telephone recording
 

Hi there,
I need a software that could record conversations.
The env.: there are 2 radio talkies each connected to a soundcard with their line-out, and there is a telephone, connected via voice modem. The task is to record the conversations of these devices with timestamps (second precision) for the local Volunteers' Fire Brigade. The record must immediately start as talk starts.

There should be probably some compression, for it is a 24/24 duty, and they have to store it for a year.

Any suggestion is warmly welcomed.
