I want to enable multicast on my Linux server (that is running Suse --only the CLI is available).

The basic idea is that my Linux server does just need to pass multicast traffic from one ethernet card to another ethernet card on that server (that is configured as a router already).

- how can I check on Suse if my kernel is supporting multicast
- is the program 'mroute' an option
- I'm looking also into Does anyone work with this before?

Thanks in advance,
