multiboot confusion

I know there are alot of questions about this, but I am getting lost when it comes to "edit your lilo.conf file" and that stuff. Here is the deal. I have RH8, Mandrake 9.1, Vector 4.0 and Knoppix 3.3 sitting here on my desk. I used to dual-boot Mandrake 8.0 with win 98 and ME, that is no big deal, the Mandrake installer just asked it you wanted to keep windows and then it showed up at boot time. I started with just RH8. I tried to get that and Vector to dual-boot. Vector was cool because it had cfdisk, which was really easy to figure out. But then it couldn't find itself on the cd that it booted from. I couldn't figure out how to fix that so I remembered Mandrake's simple simple simple installation. I downloaded 9.1. I used cfdisk to make room for it. This is what I have:

80 GB hard drive:
hda1 boot
hda2 RH (can't get to now) 8gb
hda3 swap
hda4 primary
hda5 mandrake 8gb

I want to get into advanced stuff like debian and LHS, but If I can't figure this out I better hold off, right?

RH uses grub and Mandrake uses LILO

Is there a simple way to get the two to show up on lilo or grub when I reboot? If I reinstall rh then mandrake or mandrake then rh? Or, can someone walk me through the hardcore way to fix it?

If your lilo.conf is OK with what you have now, save it on a floppy, and print it out. If you loose an entry you used to have, use the old lilo.conf file for reference.
If you have mandrake linux up and running, you can mount your old rh partition (hda2) to a subdirectory of /mnt ie /mnt/rh. Use the diskdrake program. Then cd to /mnt/rh/etc and print out or copy the old Red Hat lilo.conf file. Now you can use this information to add an entry to your current lilo.conf file.
