mtpfs: operation not permitted for transfers above 20 mb

for some reason i get this error trying to copy anything above 20 mb and only about 20 mb of the file will be put on my media player.

i tried messing with chown, chgrp, chmod but no difference.

i am using fc-9 live-usb
