MSN and Yahoo Problem

Hello all,
I have installed Mandrake 9.1. I tried using Gain to log in my msn and yahoo chats.
When I try to log in with the MSN account an error message saying that protocol is not supported appears.
When I try to log in in my yahoo account the error message is only that the connection is been refused.

Have the protocols for these chats chaged? Is there anything else that need to be set to be able to use Gain?

Thanks

I would make sure you are running the latest version of Gaim, as they do change those protocals every so often to throw off the pesky open-source people. :-) If that doesn't work, I would look at the firewall.

Upgrade Gaim. These problems are fixed in the latest releases.
