MS Exchange Server Replacement / Top10

Hi!
I guess that a lot of you out there are using Worgroup Software that runs on Linux.

I would like to create a Top10 of Workgroup-Software(preferably OpenSource)
and then make a poll which is the community's favourite.

The software hast to run on linux and needs to have a Web Interface (and optional connectivity to Outlook or other Clients).

Which Exchange Server Replacement is your favourite?

cheers,
mat

I still use exchange at work with evolution and its exchange connector now that its free. It works great, now I hardly need windows at all at work.
