linux_newbie_gu LQ Newbie Registered: Aug 2004 Posts: 15 Rep:	MPlayer/XINE & DVD sound syncing problems hey everybody!!! I still consider myself a noob, so please be gentle...lol. I have a strange question. Whenever I watch a DVD movie with either MPlayer or XINE, the sound effects and speech aren't synched up with the video. Can someone help me out with either a setting is not setup properly or something along thise lines? MPlayer version: 1.0-0.28.pre8.fc5 Audio Driver: ALSA-0.9-1.x.1 Video Driver: Xv (X11/Xv) Video Card: NVidia GeForce 3, 64Mb CPU: AMD Athlon 1800+ RAM: 512Mb Audio Card: Sound Blaster Live! Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
