mplayer quits on RH9 mozilla when i try to stream any video


i installled mplayer a few days ago, and today installed the mozilla plugin. when i tried to stream video from the internet, i clicked on the link, it took a few seconds to react, then shutdown all the mozilla browsers i have open. any ideas? thanks! -tnf

If you're not too attached to mplayer you could try gxine. http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/linux.html#gxine

I've gotten the same result from the xine-mozilla-plugin.
