Hello,

I am trying to play the output of /dev/video0 (a hauppage 250 tv capture card). I get the picture, but no sound. I am using mplayer. The output looks like this:

[root@hondapvrserver ~]# mplayer -vo xv /dev/video0

Playing /dev/video0.
MPEG-PS file format detected.

Too many video packets in the buffer: (4096 in 8047872 bytes).
Maybe you are playing a non-interleaved stream/file or the codec failed?
For AVI files, try to force non-interleaved mode with the -ni option.
