Umm...Craigevil, could you perhaps baby-step me though this? How do I add it as a repository in YAST? Then what do I do?

Now I have a new problem. I just updated the kernel via YAST and now it won't boot up into init5. When I try to startx, it gives me the message that it can't find the nvidia kernel.

Welcome to the fun world of YAST.
I had the same problem several times, I finally gave up. I am of the mind that using the "online update" to update the kernel breaks things. As a matter of fact PClinuxOS did the same thing. Maybe its a RPM problem?
I am guessing the problem is dkms isn't starting at boot.
Try setting your video to vesa when you boot.
Either by video=vesa or xmodule=vesa that should let you boot without trying to use the nv kernel.
Take a look at:

Will do. Thanks again. Sorry it takes me so long to respond. I'm limited right now on my computer access.
UPDATE: Negative on the vidio=vesa and xmodule=vesa. It is still trying to use nvidia.
UPDATE to my "UPDATE": I downloaded the nvidia driver in my windows partition and then re-installed the driver in linux. I am up and running. Now, How do I get the mplayer going? It keeps saying it isn't on the media. Ahhh..never mind....you already answered that with the links. Thanks again.

What is Pacman exactly? Oh, and what does "installation source not refreshed" mean?

Packman is a collection of codecs that help you play music files and that other programs can use such as mplayer from what i can understand
use the guide in this link, it worked perfect wid me
http://www.saunalahti.fi/~pirisisi/tips/Linux/dvdplay/
once you have done everything there, search for mplayer in yast's software manager, it should be there, check it and click next to install it

Great....Thanks for the response. Do you happen to know why it keeps saying the installation source is not refreshed? I checked and made sure the "refresh" was on for those sources...but it still gives me that blasted message.
