Question mplayer installation issue resulted from "--enable-fontconfig"!

When I installed mplayer, I configured like this:

./configure --enable-gui --language=zh_CN --enable-freetype --enable-fontconfig

After the sucessful configure, I ran the "make" command, and the error was encountered:

I guess this problem might be derived from the fonts, but I don't know how to deal with it.
Can anyone help me out?
Thank you very much!!

looks like a missing or incompatible library to me.
Your distro entry says "Red Hat", but not which one.

Have a look at:
http://www.mjmwired.net/resources/mplayer-fedora.html
... why do you need the --enable-fontconfig option?
