mplayer install error


when I try compile de mplayer, after a type
./configure --enable gui
I have got the fallow error:
Error: The GUI requires GLib devel packages (which were not found)
but I'v already install the packages glibc and glibc-devel.
How can I solve this?

sorry,is not glibc and glibc-devel but:
glib and glib-devel

You need to install those packages. If you are using an RPM based distro they will be something like Glib-Devel. Install all the Glib-Devel packs and you should be fine.
