Mplayer and divx on Slack 10.2

Trying to view videos through firefox with mplayer on slack 10.2. I have installed mplayer package, mplayer_plug_in package, MPlayer_codecs, libdv, divx611, when I attempt to play a certain url, I get an error stating it can't find library livdivxdecore.so.0

Problem is, I can't find this library. What I have found so far is divx4linux provides this library. I downloaded the rpm (all I could find, off of the packman site) ran rpm2tgz, installed the package, updatedb, locate libdivxdecore, it won't find it.

I think this is what I need to get one step further (I had to install two libraries to get this far), so if someone knows where to get this, please let me know.

Just make a "/usr/local/lib/codecs/" map and drop all codecs from the "all" package on mplayer's site in it:
