Mplayer

When ever i run Mplayer through the console it come up with this message:

"Try adding "echo 1024 > /proc/sys/dev/rtc/max-user-freq" to your system startupscripts"

Where would i find the startupscripts in Suse 9.2 and how would i do what its asking me to do?

/etc/init.d/boot.local

I'd try an editor and type the stuff.
