So I'm suck here with a MPG file that I ripped from a DVD. I would like to compress it so it can fit on a CD. Does anyone know what tool can I use for this?
Is it just better to rip to an avi and then compress that? If so, what can I use for this?
i would recommend my own program, acidrip if you want a gui. if you want a more direct approach, use mencoder, as acidrip it just a wrapper for that anyway.
