I switched to Slack about 3 weeks ago, with a few problems with the sound and kernel compiling. But everything is running smooth now the way i want it to be. I have a Dell Jukebox mp3 player and i wanted to know if there are programs out there can allow me to transfer music back and forth from my pc to the Dell Dj like musicmatch and windows media player did? I been searching google with no luck.
I believe you could mount and use the MP3 player like any other portable USB storage device, but there is also the program Lsongs from Linspire which is supposed to be the Linux equivalent of MMJB.
um, im pretty sure you cant mount it as a HD. i'd like to know how if you can, this would be really helpful.
i have the same jukebox. i had it working using gnomad2. i recently switched to suse 9.1 and cant seem to get a darn thing working though :-( seems im missing some dependencies which i know 100% are installed. anyway, google for "gnomad2", youll find it.
Hey guys, thanks for all the help. Now i have a bigger problem, i cannot install lsongs, ./configure, make or make install doesnt work. Something told me that i had to install the python file but i dont see any info on google as into how to do that. Can anyone help me out? and also when i mount my Jukebox, what do i mount it as?
