mozilla problem

All of a sudden my mozilla mails and news group changed it behaviour.

1. It disabled Getmsg, Reply, Replyall, Forward, Next, Junk and Delete buttons on Toolbar. Though compose is enabled, when I pressed it a compose message opens in which the from tab contains only three dimmed dashes - - - Also I am not able to type my return address there. While compose is on, it does not allow me to type anything in the space where we have to type the message.

2. Even the delete key is not working if I delete any message from the main window. When I press delete, it beeps.

3. There is no rule shown in the message filter. Earlier I had many rules to classify my mails according to the senders.

This all too many such misbehaviour of Mozilla has started all of a sudden. Now I am not able to download my messages from my ISP using Mozilla.

Could anybody help please.
