It should be in the pop3/imap server settings where you specify your username. Or in most cases you can just try to get your mail and if its wrong, it will prompt for the username and password then, retype your password and make sure the box is check marked to remember password, by toggling on and off, etc.

Under the Edit menu select "Preferences" then select "Privacy and Security" then "Passwords" and finally "Manage Stored Passwords". You should see the password for you email server in the list.

The saved settings should be in your Managed Stored Password settings as I've just set Mozilla mail up to confirm.

You should be able to delete it so it will re-prompt you when you exit and re-enter Mozilla. It worked for me.
