Mozilla/Netscape Profiles

I'm sure I'm not the only person who thinks this is a pain in the ass....is there any way to drop the profiles feature of Netscape or Mozilla? I'm a hardcore bookmarker and I use history like it's going outta style, but that profile thing get's to be really annoying.

Thanks

I assume you have 2 or more profiles in your ~/.mozilla directory. Backup the bookmarks.html file from the profile that you commonly use. rm -rf ~/.mozilla. Run mozilla again (it will reconstruct your .mozilla directory with a default profile). Copy your backed-up bookmarks.html to your new default .mozilla directory. You will have to specify your preferences again, however.
