mozilla mailto: -> evolution, not mozilla mail
Hi,
Just wanted to know if anyone know how to load the Evolution composer whenever you click on a mailto: URL in Mozilla.
I am running Mozilla 1.2.1 and Evolution 1.2.2 under KDE 3.1
Thanks for any help,
Matt

Many people have asked this same question (including myself). The answer I received was that it can't be done. Until mozilla.org provides some way to setup mozilla to use a different mail client, we are stuck using mozilla-mail.

there is a way
You just have to hack the prefs.js file in your profile folder with a text editor... don't remember what the setting is anymore, but the naming on the file is clear.
hope I was of some use

I can't figure out where the program name is to change in prefs.js. I see a lot of settings, but can't find the existing program name in order to change it.
