Mozilla being weird with new windows

Hello!

Background:

Mozilla 1.4
Dual Monitors - one X
Fluxbox latest stable

Problem:

Whenever I create a new window (Ctrl-N) with Mozilla, it opens one like this:

I have to resize it everytime - it doesn't remember though. I tried reloading mozilla, X, etc, but still it does it. any ideas?

There is a Remember Patch for fluxbox 0.1.x, which can store window positions and sizes.
However, this patch is deprecated since it has been merged into the development branch as of version 0.9.2.

Do you think I should download it? Would it work?

If I understand correctly, I need to download the patch, then recompile fluxbox with the patch added in as an option.

I don't think I understand :(

wait... I think I missed the simple solution... create a .fluxbox dir in my home.. heh... sorry

Just in case you still want to try the 'remember patch', easiest way would be to use a recent development release, which already contain it. Latest version is 0.9.6, IIRC.
