Mozilla 1.7.2 passwords help

I am going to format my hard drive, but i have about 40 passwords to different url's that mozilla has saved/remembered for me.

I can see the url's and and there respective login and password details easily.

But my problem is i dont really wanna have to write all the urls and login and passes down by hand, I want to print them out. I cant do this in mozilla (cant even even copy and paste them either)

Ive looked in my ~/.mozilla dir and they are stored in a file *.s file the urls are in plain text so thats ok, but the user names and passes are encrypted.

Is there any way I can get them un-encrypted ? or is there another way of getting all of them printed out in plain text ?

I really dont wanna have to sit and right all the damn things down

Any suggestions or solutions will be very time saving indeed.

Many Thanks.

Why not just backup the ~/.mozilla directory and restore it after you have reinstalled?
