I just updated to mozilla 1.6 and so far it is giving me a lot of problems. Whenever i try to open a java app it shuts down the browser. I have the plugin installed and everything. Has this happened to anyone else?
Yes, it looks like you've either copied the libjavaplugin_oji.so into Mozilla's plugins folder or you've made a symbolic link to the libjavaplugin_oji.so that was compiled with gcc-2.9. Mozilla-1.6 is compiled with gcc-3.2. Go to Mozilla org and read the plugindoc pages.
