Moving from Evolution email to Thunderbird
I tried to install thunderbird, and saw that it has a nice interface. I would like to give it a try. Anyone know how to move evolution mail to thunderbird? TNX

Use Export and Import Functions
Evoluton and Thunderbird can each read mail in the same or similar formats, though the manner in which they store their contents and their mailbox indexes differ. Most Email clients have both an import and an export function. Check each Email client to see what's available, then either import mail to Thunderbird directly from the Evolution folder, (if that's possible). Otherwise, first export your Evolution folder to some known location, then import that exported folder location into Thunderbird.

The Thunderbird only has import function for Netscape communicator. I will try to install communicator first, and see if it can import from evolution, then thunderbird from communicator.

Tried to install Netscape communicator, with it's mail app. It also has import only for netscape communicator 4.x. So.... Is there anything more that can be done?
