Moving a working Cyrus IMAP/Postfix setup

I have a working Cyrus/IMAP-plus-Postfix mail setup that I need to move to a new server. I'm looking for any gotchas that I might encounter that might cause mail to be lost. The current system is a Red Hat 7.1 system. Cyrus and Postfix were built from sources on this system. The target system is running SuSE 9.

Has anyone done this successfully?

TIA...
