Mounting smb shares

Is there a way to mount smb shares when a person logs in and not ask them for there password a second time? I am using ldap to authenticate.

Mounting SMB shares

Hello,

You can create a little script to mount the share at login.
In the script, you specify a smb.credentials file where login and password of the shares are stored.

A exemple can be found on with the same idea :
http://www.linuxhomenetworking.com/l...mba-shares.htm
section : Automating Mounting With Linux SAMBA Clients

Voila, good luck
