mounting images
 

i have some troubles mounting my cd images: i tried to mount them with mount but it doesnt recognize them as images. the problem, i think, is that they're not ISOs, i made them with Alcohol, so they're .mdf (the image) + .mds (the descriptor)
is there something i can do to mount them or am i forced to convert them to iso?

i know how to convert images, i have all the needed software on my windows partition
the point here is NOT to convert anything if possible, since i have a few images and it'd require a lot of time
i'm looking for some linux app to read (and mount) mds
