Mounting /dev permissions???

Hi,
I have problem since I don't know how to give normal user permissions to mount floppy. I've tried with "chmod 755 /dev/fd0" but stil won't work.

I'm using RH7.3.
Probably is silly Q; but answer will help me very much. Have you any idea what to do? Thank you in advanced.

you should have an entry in /etc/fstab, with one of the options set as "user", then just run "mount /mnt/floppy" or whatever
