Motherboard info


Hello guys!

I have an old (466MHz) server with Slackware on it

... and i must update BIOS on that computer ... but here is the problem i can`t find out, witch motherboard i have (couse i must know witch motherboard - for updating bios - i have )

so ... do you maybe know a program for linux, that can show me, witch motherboard i have in my computer?

I dont know of a program but why dont you just take the cover off and look on the board if anything it will have a fcc id or a large numbers and letters printed on it that google can give you the make

but i can`t find anything like that on my motherboard

I don't believe there is a tool for slackware (which I am currently running.) Maybe this will be helpful.
