I am not a gamer and play kasteroids or similar once in a Blue Moon. However, I recently played XSokhoban. This is a really great game witha deep philosophy that teaches one how to look for patterns and overcome obstacles. There is quite a bit of thinking than just pressing keys.
What is the most Intelligent FREE/OPEN SOURCE GAME that you have come across ?

If you don't like the thread, don't post. People post all the time asking about different games for linux, this one is atleast original. Go troll somewhere else.
I had a game before that was kind of like sokoban, only you have to arrange atoms into molecules and there are obstacles and stuff. Can't remember the exact name, but it was fun.
EDIT: got the name: atomix. there is a similar game here: http://lgames.sourceforge.net/index....oject=LMarbles
Also check out the other games that site have. (you thread may be moved as well, to the games section)
I always liked pingus, the lemmings clone for linux. It starts out real easy and you think its a kid's game but then it gets absurdly hard. Also this is just a suggestion but get dosbox a DOS emulator and then go to abandonia.com to get free dos games. I always found these old games where the hardest to beat. Look for kyrandia, I have yet to meet someone that has beet it, its a psudo RPG but more of a puzzle, kinda like myst. hope this helps.

Thanks for the above post. My XSokoban was down due to some silly problems.
This was solved and is back up again.
