mos_ssl and apache HTTP 2.2.21

Hi:

I managed to install httpd 2.2.21 into Centos 5.7 (64bit) using yum. I installed without mod_ssl. The problem is that I now need mod_ssl. If I type yum install mod_ssl Centos returns a mod_ssl 2.2.3-53 version with httpd-2.2.3-53 as dependency.

It is safe to install the mod_ssl with nodeps parameter? How I could install mod_ssl without having to downgrade httpd?

TIA

Versions

I believe you should have the same versions of mod_ssl and apache. I would recommend going to rpmfind.net and download the version rpm you need. They have multiple versions of mod_ssl.
