Monitoring System

Hello, I am wondering where I could get a system monitor such as the one displayed on the right in the following picture?

This picture

I would like it to be very similar to this one or if its skinnable that would be cool too. Currently I have everything working so its custimizing time. ^_^

All suggestions are welcome please!
