missing libraries? help


I tried to install in Centos 4 a third party application but I am getting in the bin directory in red the following information
lrwxrwxrwx 1 aop50 aop50 15 Apr 15 13:04 libACE.so -> libACE.so.5.3.6
lrwxrwxrwx 1 aop50 aop50 19 Apr 15 13:04 libxalan-c.so -> libxalan-c.so.110.0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 aop50 aop50 19 Apr 15 13:04 libxalan-c.so.110 -> libxalan-c.so.1 10.0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 aop50 aop50 20 Apr 15 13:04 libxalanMsg.so -> libxalanMsg.so.110 .0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 aop50 aop50 20 Apr 15 13:04 libxalanMsg.so.110 -> libxalanMsg.so .110.0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 aop50 aop50 19 Apr 15 13:04 libxerces-c.so -> libxerces-c.so.27. 0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 aop50 aop50 19 Apr 15 13:04 libxerces-c.so.27 -> libxerces-c.so. 27.0

I installed the same application in RedHat 4 and work fine withouth any problem.
Do I missing some RPM packages in Centos 4
Where I can get them
Any input will be appreciated

It might have to due with the fact that Redhat 4 is reallllly old. While centos 4 is a few versions out of date it is much more modern. It may simply be that those libraries have been depreciated. What app are you trying to run?

Just for clarification I was refering a Red Hat Enterprise 4
The third party application is a java application that I developed using Red Hat Enterprise 4

You might check to see if you have acroread on the RHE 4 setup. I think it may contain the libACE.so.

After many hours of investigaton now I know what I am looking for
acroread
xalan-c/Xerces
Some how Redhat have these packages and Centos don't
Any suggestion how to get these packages? in RPM for Centos

I really need some help here.

You may have to compile them from source or you may be able to force the use of the redhat rpm. Try reading man rpm.
