first: google for yast opensuse installation sources or search here in the forum, there are a lot of threads telling you a lot of ftp installation sources
second: I am not very familiar with apt. but what you could do and perhaps is much simpler, try to install your programs with the yast gui. you only have to put in the installation sources in yast->installation sources and the go on install software. there you can choose every package you want to install.
1) you can start yast and then go to "software"->"installation source". there you can put in all installation sources you like, e.g. http, ftp, local directories, cd's, dvd's etc. it's very intuitive. there you can set if the installation sources there should be refreshed or not every time you load your "install new software" in yast.
2) usually you do not need *.src.rpm-files in suse. what are the package names of these you want to install? did you google for e.g. "opensuse [package name] rpm"? there you should have a lot of hits for the packages you require. theses packages called only *.rpm are binaries already compiled for your suse system. I repeat: you don't need source rpm's you first then have to compile on your system. The only case you need them is, if you want to use programs which are not supported by suse and therefore no binary-rpm's exist for it. so, tell me which programs or packages you want to install.
3) did you already put in all installation sources in "yast->software->installation sources"? here in the forum there is a thread where they are all listed. the most commonly used are as far as I recall 5 to 6 different installation sources, mainly ftp-sources. what you also could do is to go to opensuse.org to have a look there. there it is also a list of commonly used installation sources.
a personal advice at the end: you should always before you open a new thread search here in linuxquestions (search button) if you are able to find already existing threads (your installation problem is in my opinion one of these existing ones!!!). and, you should always google to your problem: since linux has a widespread and open community you will in the most cases as a newbie find something related to your problem by searching via google. this is only a well-meant advice, so don't be angry about my long chapter I wrote now*g.
