Minimized windows not showing in Mandrake 10.0 Official - KDE 3.2

I had to re-install Mandrake 10.0 Official thanks to microsoft(long story.) Anyways I have my Virtual Desktops pretty much set up the way they where before. I don't show all the minimized windows from all the desktops. I had it set up before that it would show the windows that where minimzed on the desktop I was at only. Problem now is that I did something and it is not showing any window minimized at all. I have to middle click my scroll button for the Virtual Desktop menu to see what is minimized, even for the desktop I am currently using. Anyone have any idea what setting I am missing?

A couple of more things. I have a child panel on the top of the screen with the time and the virtual desktops(16.) I keep that hidden but above all applications. It is transparent.

The taskbar below is also transparent and has only the KDE menu and my custom menu on it.

I have tried switching from transparent to normal but it has not made a difference.

I have my desktop icons hidden. I had the desktop show them but it didn't help.

I also have my mouse set up to scroll through the desktops with the wheel and I have it set up so I can move my mouse cursor to the side of the monitor and it switches screens, Or I can drag a window to another desktop like that also.

I have no idea if the latter info helps, but there it is anyways, lol.

Thanks.

just a shot in the dark, but you can enable and disable the taskbar. Even though you have a visible bar, you may not have a taskbar attached on it. Right click the taskbar, check Add->Application->Taskbar.

The path may not be exact, but you get the idea.

Hope this helps.

LOL. Your shot in the dark hit the bulls eye. I don't believe I missed that, lol. Guess I was so frustrated about XP screwing up my computer that My head is still spinning. If it wasn't for the games I wouldn't even bother with Microsoft.

Thanks.
