Migrating Thunderbird RSS Sources Between Reinstalls

title pretty much covers it: i have over 50 sources for my rss feed on thunderbird, and there is no way in hell i am going to get all of them again when i distro hop in a few days.

with the exception of the rss feeds, i can carry every thing else i want over on a usb drive.

any ideas about how to attempt this? i searched the board for thunderbird rss migration and came up with zilch. in the hidden files of thunderbird in Home is a feeds folder and file, would that be it?

I tested this in Icedove, the Debian spin of Thunderbird.

Select the primary newsfeeds folder in the left sidebar.

Click on manage subscriptions.

Click on export.

This should export to an OPML file, which can then be stored elsewhere or imported into another reader that does OPML.
