Migrating a VirtualBox .vdi Image to CoLinux

Hi all,

I love VirtualBox as a virtualization platform for running Linux guests on my Windows XP host. However, I'm interested in trying out CoLinux to see how well it plays as a primary hobbyist dev platform. Is there an easy (or relatively painless) way to migrate a VirtualBox .vdi hard drive image so that it works in CoLinux?

My guest OS is Ubuntu 7.10 Desktop (Gutsy Gibbon).

Just recently been messing about with coLinux myself, but don't know the answer. Try Googling, or the coLinux wiki:
