In all seriousness, Microsoft Publisher. Your probably better off either loading it in Wine if possible or setting up a virtual machine to load Windows w/Publisher installed to view/edit, etc.

Or you can revert to using alternatives by using something like http://www.scribus.org.uk/

But truthfully, I don't know of any software suites that can open Publisher files, perhaps OpenOffice can or the like but I rarely use such software, have no need for it.
