You can export your database to SQL directly from MS access, yes.
You need php for the front ends.

What version of MS Access are we talking about????? the newer versions were able to somewhat export some of the forms.

The way I see it is:
1- Set the apache web server.
2- Set apache to handle php
3- Build your html pages with embeded php scripts as front ends (forms) (MS Access might be able to do some exporting of your forms)

I ma no expert but I got this running in a proyect 2 years ago. It might be a better solution in the current state of Linux.

[edit] couple typos.

Yes, but this one doesn't crash after a year since it uses real databases on the backend.
