MICQ on Red Hat 9

Hello everybody,
I have got a problem with my Red Hat 9 System. I want to install MICQ - small ICQ Client for Linux (micq.org) I downloaded a .RPM package an wanted to install it with the command "rpm - i micq.....rpm"
The problem is that there are failed dependencies:

libgnutls.so.5 is needed by micq-0.4.10.5-1
libtasn1.so.0 is needed by micq-0.4.10.5-1
libtcl8.3.so.1 is needed by micq-0.4.10.5-1

My problem is that I don't know where I can find these packages and in which way I have to install them. Does anybody know these packages and the place where I can download them for my system?

Thanks for your help,
greetings /un1k
