Mettisse in Ubuntu

HI I'm a novice at Linux and have just installed Ubuntu, which works fine. I've just recieved a copy of the new 3d window manager mettisse and wondered if I can just load it into Ubuntu in reasonably simple easy way, or is it complicated. I have it in a ISO file.

or metisse is already out as just a new wm ?

i don't know which version you have..anyway if it's the mandrakelive version setup the bios t0 boot from cd-rom and run mandrake in this way and save files on an usb pen ...otherwise if you want it under ubuntu try installing mandrake under an emulator-you could try vmware or xen or..or virtual.. don't remember others..anyway do a search on google and you'll find them
