Metalog Rotation

I'm working on doing log rotation in a script that I wrote. I currently use metalog as my system logger. My question is, can I completly disable log rotation in metalog? If I leave out the:

maxsize
maxtime
maxfiles

lines in metalog.conf will metalog simply not rotate files? The documentation is pretty weak for metalog so I could not find the answer on there site.

Thanks in advance.
