Mercury: webcam not recognized

Hi all, I'm using the latest beta version of Mercury (1710_B02). I installed all the files for the webcam to work. When I open the JMF wizard it says all the necessary files were found, but when I press 'next', it says there are no video capture devices I press 'Reload devices' and sstill get the same error. Here is the error log:

17:24:00 java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError
Both, libjmutil.so and libjmv4l.so are in the right place (/opt/jre1.5.0_01/lib/i386/). I even gave them execution permissions with 'chmod +x libname'. I think the problem is in the line '/opt/jre1.5.0_01/lib/i386/libjmv4l.so: /opt/jre1.5.0_01/lib/i386/libjmutil.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied' , but I don't know how to solve it. Any help would be appreciated. I tried running Mercury as root and got the same results. As a side note, my cam is recognized by several programs, like gyach-enhanced-pyvoicechat, but not by gnomemeeting. Any suggestion??
Thanks in advance.

Done, after googling, I found that it has to do with selinux, so I disable it, and enable it again, now it does recognizes my camera. Thanks anyway.
