Media Player Clone?

Does a usable Windows Media Player clone exist for Linux?

I'm running SuSE 9.3 Pro.

Numerous web radio sites use audio streams designed for Windows Media Player only which shuts Linux users out unless such a clone exists.

Hi,

Kaffeine works great as does the ULTIMATE player, namely VLC (heh, I'm not biased really!). However, to do anything meaningfull you are going to need the w32codec pack. That RPM is by far the thing that makes me grin the biggest while using linux

Check out http://rpm.pbone.net/ to find the codec pack for Suse 9.3
