What should I use in RH9 to play mp3 and dvd. could you please post a link to. thanks

XMMS for mp3's, but red hat doesn't offer mp3 plugins with fresh install. Go to xmms.org and download the mp3 plugin then compile it.

Xine is a great dvd player

ok i got mplayer and when i try and install it it says it need about 21 other dependencies. why is this and where can i find these.
