maya with X cursor permanent ubuntu linux
I managed to get Maya to work. BUT, the X cursor stays permenantly and that doesnt allow you to move round the maya scene window. Whats going on man. What do I do?
Is there something wrong with xorg.conf. How will I configure it in ubuntu, im kinda new to the ubuntu distribution. |

I my comp gets jamed now for some reason if i try opening my home folder. AHH. What do I do. I think theres something wrong with my file browser. HELP!
Also i have a feeling that the GNOME desktop environment has a mouse command that is the same in maya, for example if i want to pan around the screen you have to press ALT+Drag (your mouse) I think GNOME has the same command to drag windows round the screen. Whats up with that. How can i stop GNOME from doing that. |
