Mandrake 9.2, mozilla and jpegs

what on earth is going on here..

fresh install of 9.2 and when i open a jpeg file, it claims not to be able to open the file..

only to save as etc...

this may be in relation to gnome's nautilus problem that whenever i open a jpeg file it takes an absolute age.. (approx 5 mins)..

related??

anybody else have similar problems??

cheers for any responses..

james

Same problem here" mozilla does not know how to handle this type of file" I found if you use konqueror it will open them.
