Mandrake 8.0/WindowsXP/Error
 

I put in the bootdisc and the cd... (i tried it without the cd too) and when linux comes up and i press enter to load it, it loads about half way im guessing and it gives me an error that it cannot load.. though i forgot what it cant load.. i think it was ext4 ot something like that.. anyways i cant get it to load linux. any suggestions?

Sounds like a media problem -- that's what has happened to me when I either had a bad CD or bad boot floppy .. partial load, then ... nothing.
